Mangaluru: Yoga helps lead a better quality of life: Dr Jeevaraj Sorake

Mangaluru, Jun 23: On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a special yoga training session was organized for the staff of S.C.S Hospital. The training was conducted by Yoga Ratna Gopalakrishna Delampady.

Inaugurating the programme by lighting the ceremonial lamp, Dr Jeevaraj Sorake, chairman & managing director S.C.S Hospital, stated that regular yoga practice will help to lead a better quality of life and improve overall well-being. He encouraged the hospital staff to practice yoga consistently to reduce work-related stress, improve mental health, and overcome many minor health issues.

The training programme was supported by the disciples of Yoga Ratna Gopalakrishna Delampady, namely Neena Pai, Sushila Kumari V, Bharathi S Rao, and Suma. The hospital staff participated enthusiastically in the session.
