Dubai, Jun 3: The highly anticipated Tulu feature film 'Kajja', produced under the banner of Sumukha Productions, marked a monumental milestone with the grand launch of its audio, trailer, and music at Fisherman's Hub in Dubai on May 31.
The event was attended by an array of prominent business leaders, community icons, and distinguished guests, signaling a massive release for the upcoming coastal cinema venture. The movie is produced by Vishanth Menezes and helmed by the director duo Jishnu Menon and Siddharth Shetty.









Confluence of dignitaries
The ceremonial launch was graced by an illustrious panel of chief guests and honoured invitees, highlighting the strong community backing for the project. Among the prominent personalities present were Dr B R Shetty, Sarvotham Shetty, James Mendonsa, Vinod Shetty, Divakar Shetty, Valerian Dalmida (BA News Karnataka), Oswald Rodrigues, CEO of Asyad, Adith Lobo, president of KCA Dubai, Veena D'Silva, secretary of KCA Dubai, and Vivian (Udyavar Rites).

Representing the core strength of the movie, producer Vishanth Menezes along with Loeline Menezes welcomed the gathering and expressed their gratitude for the overwhelming support from the global Tulu diaspora.
The event also shone a bright spotlight on popular Dubai-based artists who are part of this project and extended their enthusiastic support, including Gautham Bangera, Shahin Sheik, Swarna Poojari, Sannidhi Shetty, Rajesh Kuttar, and Shannon.
The entire evening was elegantly anchored by Nikhita, whose engaging and seamless compering kept the audience captivated throughout the event.
The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the movie's official trailer and music. With the trailer receiving roaring applause from the audience for its cinematic quality and the music tracks striking a chord with the attendees, 'Kajja' is already generating significant buzz across coastal Karnataka and the Gulf region. The movie is eagerly awaited and is expected to make a strong impact upon its release.
