The child.must be of well to do parent. How come 24×7 gold chain wearing needed? Jewellery is worn for special occasions, not during playing outside the house. The CCTV did not catch number plate of the bike. It is not the job of police to work for irresponsible citizens. Chain snatching is not new even in villages. The snatched must have worked out his plan well. He must be professional. The minor hurt at neck of the child is invited by careless parents. Police often announces to cover the jewellery with worn clothes. Why the police has to increase rounds and vigilance?
