Rampur, Apr 11: Saksham Bhatia from Rampur has brought laurels to the district by securing All India Rank 83 in the UPSC Civil Services Examination (CSE) 2024. He achieved this success through online preparation, and notably, it came in his third attempt.
Saksham Bhatia is a resident of Sarai Gate locality in Rampur city. His father, Sunil Bhatia, who used to run a grocery store in Mistan Ganj, passed away around 18 years ago. Saksham had been academically bright from the beginning. He topped the district in class 12 with 98.4 percent marks from White Hall Public School.

After completing his schooling, he moved to Kanpur and later shifted to Delhi with his mother, where he pursued post-graduation from Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU). He is currently pursuing his PhD, during which he began preparing online for the Civil Services Examination. His efforts culminated in securing the 83rd rank.
Saksham shared that he used to study for 8 to 9 hours daily. He emphasized that success came in his third attempt and advised youth not to feel discouraged if they do not succeed in the first attempt. He urged them to move forward leaving behind failures, assuring that success will eventually come.
