Trump shares Tehran strike video, warns Iran of escalation

Daijiworld Media Network - Washington

Washington, Apr 5: Donald Trump on Sunday shared a video claiming to show a major strike in Tehran, stating that several Iranian military leaders were killed in the attack.

In the caption, Trump said, “Many of Iran's military leaders… are terminated, along with much else, with this massive strike in Tehran,” attributing the action to ongoing military operations.

The post came shortly after reports of a strike near an Iranian nuclear facility that triggered evacuations. Meanwhile, Iran announced fresh retaliatory attacks, while Israel said it had detected another missile launch from Yemen.

Trump also issued a warning to Iran to reach a deal or face “all hell,” and reportedly set a deadline related to reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Tehran, however, dismissed the remarks as “unbalanced and foolish.”

Amid the escalating tensions, the United States said it had successfully rescued an airman whose F-15 jet was downed in Iran. In contrast, Iranian authorities claimed they had destroyed another US aircraft involved in the search operation.

The developments mark a further escalation in the ongoing conflict, raising concerns over a broader regional confrontation.
