Beltangady youth succumbs to injuries after Bengaluru road accident

Beltangady, Feb 21: A 25-year-old youth from Thotathady village in Beltangady taluk succumbed to injuries sustained in a bike accident that occurred in Bengaluru earlier this month.

The deceased has been identified as Sanal Antony (25), a resident of Thotathady in Beltangady taluk. The accident took place on February 14 near Bellur Cross in Bengaluru, where he reportedly sustained grievous injuries. He was immediately shifted to a city hospital and was undergoing treatment. However, despite medical efforts, he passed away on February 20, sources said.

Sanal Antony is survived by his father, mother, wife and a young child, besides a large circle of relatives and friends.
