Mangaluru, Feb 20: Sharan Prakash Patil, medical education minister of Karnataka, along with Dr UT Iftikar Ali, chairman of the State Allied Health Council, Government of Karnataka, visited the residence of the late Dr CA A Raghavendra Rao on Friday, February 20, to offer their heartfelt condolences.
