Heated spat on ‘The 50’ as Bhavya Singh targets Divya Agarwal’s personal life

Daijiworld Media Network - Mumbai

Mumbai, Feb 9: The reality show The 50 has witnessed a fresh wave of controversy after a heated argument erupted between Bigg Boss OTT winner Divya Agarwal and contestant Bhavya Singh in a recent episode.

The clash began during a task when Divya got into an argument with Archana and remarked that she “doesn’t have a brain.” Bhavya, who was on friendly terms with Archana, took offence and confronted Divya, leading to an intense exchange that soon turned personal.

The situation escalated further when Bhavya allegedly made derogatory remarks about Divya’s personal life, calling her a “gold digger” and questioning her achievements. The confrontation grew uglier when Divya was seen crying in the washroom, while Bhavya reportedly refused to offer her a tissue.

Later, while speaking to fellow contestants Sapna Choudhary and Arya, Bhavya continued her criticism, accusing Divya of being “fake” and claiming that her public visibility was driven by PR activities rather than genuine work. Bhavya also made claims regarding Divya’s marital life, alleging that she lives separately from her husband.

Divya Agarwal had married Apurva Padgaonkar on February 20, 2024, in a traditional Marathi wedding. The couple had shared their wedding pictures on social media, announcing the union with a joint post.

The episode has sparked strong reactions among viewers, with many calling out the personal attacks and raising questions over boundaries in reality television.
