Riyadh, Dec 21: Starting January 1, 2026, commuters and students in Riyadh will be able to travel across the city more easily and affordably, as the Public Transport Authority launches new unlimited travel ticket options.

The authority announced that semester tickets will be available specifically for students, while annual tickets can be purchased by all passengers.

Both ticket types allow unlimited trips within the city at a fixed price, providing a cost-effective and convenient solution for daily commuters.

Officials said the move is part of a broader effort to modernize Riyadh’s public transport system and enhance overall mobility.
