Bahrain, Dec 14: Kannada Sangha Bahrain has received official approval from the Golden Book of World Records to attempt a world record for creating the largest Bahrain map using grains, marking the 54th Bahrain National Day celebrations.
The approval has been granted through the esteemed judge of Golden Book of World Records, Dr Manish Vishonavi, enabling the Sangha members to proceed with this prestigious global record attempt.

The historic event will take place on December 16 from 8 am onwards, at the Kannada Sangha Auditorium, Bahrain. The artwork will span an impressive 18 meters in length and 8 meters in width, meticulously crafted using various grains, symbolising unity, creativity, and cultural harmony.
This unique initiative reflects Kannada Sangha Bahrain’s commitment to celebrating Bahrain’s national pride while promoting art, community participation, and cultural excellence. Members of the Sangha, volunteers, and the public will actively participate in making this milestone event a success.
Speaking on the occasion, Ajith Bangera, president of Kannada Sangha Bahrain, expressed pride in undertaking a world-level initiative on such a significant national day and extended an open invitation to the community to witness and support the record attempt.
The event is expected to attract wide public interest and media attention, adding a memorable chapter to Bahrain’s National Day celebrations.
