Bahrain, Nov 6: The Kannada film Kshamyatam, produced under the banner of Charan Films by Charan Akshay, is set for a grand premiere on Friday, November 7 at 2 pm at Epix Cinema located in Dana Mall, Sanabis.
This is the second Kannada film produced by Charan Akshay, following his earlier short film Elladaru Iru Enthadaru Iru, which was released two years ago and received wide appreciation from viewers. Now, after two years, Charan returns with a full-fledged psychological crime thriller, produced under his own banner, in which he also plays the lead role.

The film has been entirely shot across various scenic locations in Bahrain, beautifully capturing the island’s charm through the lens of renowned local cinematographer Jacob from Creative Bees, who has also handled the film’s editing. The cast and technical crew consist entirely of local talents from the island.
The film is directed by Shivu, who has also written the story and dialogues. The cast includes Charan Akshay, Kamal, Sampath Shanker Jathan, Grishma, Anushka, Smita Deep, Master Chirag, Master Akshar, and Prakash Anchan, among others. The background score has been composed by noted Kannada film music director and singer Vikas Vasishta of Kottalawadi fame. Production management has been handled by Prakash Acharya and Kiran Suvarna.
The teaser and title launch of Kshamyatam was recently held at the Kannada Sangha auditorium in the presence of the film team, audience members, and dignitaries including Kannada Sangha president Ajith Bangera, former presidents Amarnath Rai and Pradeep Shetty, and representatives from various associations. The event witnessed an enthusiastic response, and the teaser has already generated excitement among Kannada audiences in Bahrain.
Prominent Kannada film actors, directors, and music directors have viewed the teaser and extended their appreciation and best wishes to the team.
Running for about an hour, Kshamyatam is described as a unique and high-quality cinematic effort by the Kannada community in Bahrain. “We have made no compromises on quality. The film is designed to keep audiences engaged from start to finish,” said producer and lead actor Charan Akshay, who urged all Kannadigas in Bahrain to watch and support the movie.
