Bengaluru, Oct 23: The Kanara Entrepreneurs (KE) members’ meet held at the Radisson Blu, Outer Ring Road, was a resounding success! The shift to a new venue, coupled with an impressive speaker line-up, drew an enthusiastic and engaged turnout from KE’s dynamic community.

The evening opened on a grounded note with Zaveena Lobo leading the KE prayer. Leena Lobo, KE Director – Membership, then presided over the induction ceremony, welcoming seven new members into the KE family as they took their oaths.

Setting the tone for the evening, KE President Pramod D’Souza delivered a compelling welcome address. He celebrated the growing spirit of problem-solving within the network and noted the continuous rise in both the quality and net worthof the KE community.

Next on the agenda was a stimulating session titled ‘Skill through Drill’, led by Sunil Attavar, KE Director – Mentoring. This interactive exercise invited members to collaborate on real-life business challenges submitted by fellow KE members. Each table tackled a unique scenario, showcasing KE’s collective expertise and cross-functional agility in crafting potential solutions. The energy was palpable as creative strategies and diverse viewpoints converged.

The evening then transitioned seamlessly into its keynote segment - a panel discussion focused on the ever-evolving world of Real Estate. Expertly moderated by Rayan Aranha (VP Hospitality, Brigade Group), the discussion featured insights from:

• Austin Roach, Managing Partner, RBD Shelters

• Errol Fernandes, CMD, Rosetta Hospitality

• Dheeraj S, VP, Earth Fund

Rayan’s deft moderation peppered with wit and insightful prompts enabled the panellists to delve into topics ranging from investment strategies and sustainable development to market trends and future opportunities. A lively Q&A session followed, reflecting the audience’s keen interest and the panel’s deep expertise.

A noteworthy highlight of this members’ meet was the spirit of collaboration evident even in the logistics. Transportation was thoughtfully arranged from MG Road to the venue and back, with carpooling initiatives encouraged from multiple city points. These efforts not only ensured smooth access but also fostered informal networking during the journey — a gesture widely appreciated by all who participated.

The evening was masterfully emceed by Alisha Fernandes, whose energy kept the agenda engaging and on track. Before the night concluded, Eugene Mathias, KE Director – Marketing, shared key announcements. Members were also pleasantly surprised with a thoughtful Diwali gift box courtesy of Group Pharma.

The evening culminated in warm fellowship and networking over a sumptuous dinner, with vibrant conversations echoing across the hall.

As the final KE Members’ Meet of 2025 ahead of the much-anticipated Christmas Xtravaganza 3.0, this gathering was a true celebration of growth, connection, and collaboration. Kudos to the Board of Directors, subcommittees, and volunteers for yet another stellar event.
