Fire breaks out at perfume manufacturing unit in Baikampady, heavy loss reported

Mangaluru, Sep 10: A major fire broke out at Aromazen, a perfume manufacturing company located in the Baikampady industrial area, early on Wednesday around 5 am, causing heavy losses.

Fortunately, no casualties have been reported in the incident, though the company has suffered extensive damage.

Upon receiving information, fire tenders from MCF, NMPT, and Kadri fire stations rushed to the spot and managed to douse the flames.

A case has been registered at Panambur police station, and investigations are underway to ascertain the exact cause of the fire.
