A thought-provoking mime performance by the boys of grade X powerfully illustrated the many benefits of yoga. Through expressive actions and silent storytelling, the act effectively conveyed how yoga can relieve stress, enhance concentration, and improve academic performance, particularly for students.

Adding a cultural touch, a celebration dance beautifully fused elegant movements with yoga postures, symbolising the union of mind and body. This visually captivating and spiritually uplifting performance resonated deeply with the essence of Yoga Day.
