Udupi, Jun 3: A thought-provoking Kannada educational film titled "Illa sallada Bhaya Parikshe Bhaya" has been released to address the growing menace of exam anxiety among children, a major cause behind suicides, running away from home, and various mental health issues.

This socially driven film explores 20 different types of exam related fears and presents 6 practical and psychological solutions, including mathematics and physics concepts, study techniques, analytical approaches, psychological strategies and practical coping mechanisms.

After each screening, interactive sessions are conducted where students can ask questions related to career guidance, interview anxiety, and exam stress. If needed, the study techniques shown in the film are further elaborated for the benefit of students.

This initiative is meant to be a starting point for the academic year, helping students prepare fearlessly for exams. The creators have announced that the next segment of the film, featuring technical insights in English, will be released in the first week of December.

The writer, producer, and director of the film, V P D’Sa from Manipal, has urged parents, students, and educators to make full use of this valuable resource for mental well-being and academic success.

The film is available to watch from the comfort of home through the http://www.sampoornajnanaott.com website and the Sampoornajnana mobile app, with a 12-hour viewing window. Additionally, the film is being showcased in private halls on large LED screens notably at VPC Auditorium in Udupi.
