Jammu, May 27: Jammu and Kashmir lieutenant governor Manoj Sinha has once again issued a stern warning to Pakistan, asserting that its continued support to terrorism could lead to its annihilation.

Speaking after attending a theatrical presentation of Rashtrakavi Ramdhari Singh Dinkar’s epic poem Rashmirathi at the University of Jammu, Sinha lauded the Indian armed forces for their valiant efforts in Operation Sindoor.

“India has warned terror state Pakistan that our forces can strike every inch of its territory. If it keeps nurturing terrorists, its very existence can be erased,” said Sinha, saluting the courage and resolve of the armed forces.

He praised the younger generation for fulfilling the dreams of the nation’s founding fathers by upholding democratic values, safeguarding national sovereignty, and ensuring that Pakistan pays the price for its misdeeds.

Encouraging youth to play a pivotal role in India’s progress, the L-G said, “Just as our brave soldiers protect the borders, students must drive innovation and contribute to economic growth.”

Paying tribute to Ramdhari Singh Dinkar, he described the poet as an eternal voice of Indian nationalism. “Dinkar is unmatched. His poetry stirs deep emotions and immortalises the spirit of the nation,” he said.

The performance of Rashmirathi was dedicated to the armed forces, honouring their courage, sacrifice, and commitment to justice. Sinha added that the epic symbolizes ancient values of righteousness and dharma, which remain deeply relevant in today’s changing geopolitical landscape.
