Muhurat held for Arjun Kapikad directorial Tulu-Kannada bilingual film 'Toss'

Mangaluru, May 13: The muhurat ceremony of the Tulu-Kannada bilingual film ‘Toss’, produced under the banners of Bolli Movies and Avika Productions, was held at the Sharavu Shri Mahaganapathi Temple in Mangaluru.

The chief priest of the temple, Raghavendra Shastri, offered his blessings on the occasion.

The event was attended by Dr Devadas Kapikad, Vijayakumar Kodialbail, Suttej Shetty, CATCA president Lanchulal, Sharmila Kapikad, Shobharaj Pavoor, Bala Jagannath Shetty, Manikanth Kadri, Anoop Sagar, Yateesh Poojary, Nitesh Suvarna, Krithi Shetty, and Chaitra Shetty.

Dr Devadas Kapikad, a state award-winning writer, has penned the story and dialogues for the film. Toss is directed and acted in by Arjun Kapikad. The film will be shot in two phases across various locations in Dakshina Kannada district.

The film is produced by P & Y World Tours LLP and Sagar Poojary, with music by Manikanth Kadri, cinematography by Joel Shaman D'Souza, and editing by Yashwin Shettigar. Co-directors include Prashanth Alva, Anoop Sagar, Vikram Devadiga, Sunil, and Saurav. The executive producer is Sandeep Shetty, with Shabarish Kabbinahalli as the production manager and Santosh Panjikal handling production.

The cast includes Dr Devadas Kapikad, Arjun Kapikad, Naveen D Padil, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Aravind Bolar, Shashiraj Kavoor, Suttej Shetty, Shobharaj Pavoor, Chaitra Shetty, and Krithi Shetty.
