Jammu, May 10: In the early hours of Saturday morning, Srinagar was jolted by a series of loud explosions, coming just hours after the Indian military successfully intercepted drone incursions targeting key sites, including the city’s airport.
Authorities reported that the blasts occurred in close proximity to several high-security installations. The unsettling sounds triggered emergency sirens throughout the city, intensifying the sense of alarm among residents.

In the aftermath, large parts of Srinagar and surrounding areas in the valley experienced a sudden power outage, adding to the tension, officials confirmed.
