Kundapur: Scooter, mini bus collision – Rider succumbs after one week

Kundapur, Apr 7: A scooter rider who was hit by a minibus succumbed to injuries on Saturday.

Shekhar Poojary alias Chandrashekhar Poojary, resident of Tallur Garadi, is the deceased. He was working as a cable operator and was 52 years old.

Shekhar was seriously injured last Sunday as a mini bus hit his scooter near Tallur Circle. He was admitted to KMC hospital.

 However, he succumbed to injuries on the evening of Saturday.

Shekhar is survived by wife and two daughters.

    Gadhaa kari always mentions that country will have world class roads .. he never tells the fact that despite 10 years of BJP rule, roads remain third class and India is number one in the world in road accidents ...
