Daijiworld Media Network – Bengaluru (MS)

Bengaluru, Mar 30: The Lok Sabha polling dates in Karnataka have already been announced, with voting scheduled to occur in two phases across the state. Both days have been designated as public holidays.

The first phase of polling is set for April 26, followed by the second phase on May 7. On these days, both permanent and daily wage labourers, along with employees working in all state government offices, schools, colleges, business establishments, industries, and other organizations, are granted holidays with pay. This directive has been issued as per the publication of the under-secretary of the government.

These holidays have been declared with the intention of enabling everyone to exercise their right to vote.

What's this going on in Banks?? How many holidays in a year ??... Festival holidays,in future every Saturday's, already Sunday is holiday, in between strikes for more salaries, if banks are open also servers down, many times printers out of order. My advice is open RBI and banks, on all 24× 7 days, duty to employees by rotation, Then only country will progress.
