Mangaluru: Dept of journalism of St Aloysius organise Swacch Sulthan Bathery cleaning drive

Mangaluru, Mar 29: Team Siri and Matrix, students of Department of Journalism of St Aloysius (Deemed to be University), organised Swacch Sulthan Bathery, a cleanliness drive on Friday, March 29. 
 
Nagaraj Bajal, convenor of Hasiru Dala, was the chief guest. He said, "We should inculcate cleanliness from our childhood. This can help in reducing dumped waste."
 












 
He explained the importance of keeping the water bodies clean. Bajal has played an important role in cleaning Nethravathi river. 
 
Meanwhile, locals joined students in cleaning the surrounding. 
 
This programme helped not only in cleaning the area, but created awareness about cleanliness and sanitation, said the organisers. 
 
Team members of Siri (Anusha, Maithri, Kshithi, Vinya, Prajnya), Matrix (Sai Krithik, Radhakrishna, Salman, Arun), students and locals were present.

    educate people who dirty the place ...if they still do fine them ...cleaning is just not practical in India how many days you will clean ...
