Tulu movie ‘Raapata’ competes 25 days at theaters

Mangaluru, Dec 27: Tulu movie ‘Raapata’, the directorial debut of Arjun Kapikad and produced under the banner Bolli Movies and Avika Productions, the story, screenplay, dialogues and lyrics of which are penned by Telikeda Bolli Devadas Kapikad, completed 25 days in theaters.

‘Raapata’ had released all over the coastal region on December 1.The movie is completely a comedy entertainer with a good story. Renowned actors have acted under the direction of Arjun Kapikad.

Anup Sagar and Nireeksha Shetty are the male and female lead roles respectively. The other cast includes doyens of Tulu film world Devadas Kapikad, Aravind Bolar, Bhojaraj Vamanjoor, Saikrishna Kudla, Deepak Rai Panaje, Roopashree Varkadi, Prakash Tuminadu, Vikeesha and Ravi Ramakunja.

Shanil Guru is the co-director. Sachin S Shetty is the cinematographer of the movie. Executive producer of the movie is Sandeep Shetty. Editing is done by Yashwin K Shettigar. Prasad K Shetty has provided the music. Santhosh Suvarna has produced the film. Surkyakant Suvarna, Rajan Rakesh Shetty, Ashika Suvarna, Devika Acharya, Shailaraj Poojary, Abhi Shetty, Manoj Shetty, Yakshith Shetty and Madhu Kumar have worked for the movie.
