Mangaluru, Nov 3: Mukund MGM Realty’s ‘Kedar’ a hi-living luxurious apartment’s foundation stone laying ceremony will be held on November 5 at Derebail Airport Road.
Vice president of CREDAI Karnataka D B Mehta will be the chief guest for the event. Mangaluru South MLA Vedavyas Kamath, Mangaluru North MLA Dr Bharath Y Shetty, mayor Jayananda Anchan, corporator Rajini L Kotian, land owner and co-promoter Elias Sanctis will be the guests of honour.
‘Kedar’ will be the third project from Mukund MGM Realty. Elias Sanctis is the owner and co-promoter of the project. The firm aims to complete the project by December 2025.
The project consists of 16 floors with 78 apartments at an affordable cost for its customers. The firm will provide an offer of Rs 55 lacs for a 2 BHK flat and Rs 78 lacs for a 3 BHK flat, which is valid up to November 5.
Along with the hi-class amenities, the project has 15,000 sq.feet of landscape and a sea view from the roof top.
The firm has successfully completed Ajanta Business Centre at Bejai, Vertex workspace at Ballalbagh, while Gokul Dham, Mukund Sadan, Kailash will be completed soon.
