Udupi, Oct 16: Nivaasa, synergy of different products from different vendors which is showcased under one roof was blessed and inaugurated on Saturday, October 15 at National Highway 66, Udyavar.

Leena Pinto, deputy general manager, regional office, Udupi inaugurated the Nivaasa, while Fr Stany B Lobo, parish priest, St Francis Xavier Church, Udyavara blessed the new premises and lit the lamp, while Dr Jerry Vincent Dias, promoter, Mandavi Real Estate Developers, Haji Abdul Jaleel Saheb, managing director, Halima Sabju Auditorium, Udyavara, K Vasanth Kamath, inaugural purchaser, Dr A Ravindranath Shetty, past Lions Club district governor, D Gopinath Kamath, president, The Karnataka Cashew Manufactures’ Association, Walter and Leela D’Souza, Harry and Lydia D’Souza Dr Christopher D’Souza, Bettina D’Souza, Christina D’Souza, Master Christiano D’Souza and Walter D’Souza were present on the occasion.

In the inaugural introduction, Dr Christopher D’Souza said that this store is of synergy of different products under one roof. “Partnering with different vendors, the house of Souza is showcasing the premier range of furniture at affordable cost. In this venture, Regi From Sun Ray Solar, Shaun from Neptune Controls Pvt Ltd who are specialized in the CCTV and home automations like fan, AC, Girija Tiles Products, Leaf and Petals from Manipal Indo Plats, Souza Enterprises, Sherryl and Shine from Art Display, Brass and antique products are with us and we are coming up soon with the food court as well. “

Leena Pinto, DGM, Canara Bank, in her address, said, “It is a proud moment for us because Souza family is doing business with Canara Bank right from the time it was Syndicate Bank. We will be happy to be associated with Souza group in its future ventures as well.”

Dr Jerry Vincent Dias said, “At least once in a year Dr Christopher D’Souza has inaugurated new types of ventures. Any of its ventures will be successful because of the wide space for parking it provides and the way the store is planned and inaugurated. Today people are going for new kinds of creative setups when it comes to home decors. This venture can definitely fulfill such desires under one single roof.”

Dr Christopher D’Souza gave a brief introduction about the Nivaasa and welcomed the gathering, Bettina D’Souza proposed a vote of thanks and Dinesh Kini compered the programme.
