Make tough laws. Cattle owners family will be on the roads losing their daily bread. Seize the vehicle and auction them to compensate cattle owners. Seal their butcher shop and the property. But these culprits will be out of jail on bail and repeat these activities.

1 grown cow will cost more than 2 lakh rupees.. a cow provides daily more than 500 rupees milk to owner as income..and the owner love their cows as their own daughter/family member..and sddenly some one peacefully steal thier loved one and their lone income source..and you don't have a right to get angry... wherever these farmers get angry then they are labelled as anti minority ..

Either its caught smuggling in private parts . Or some terror attack some where in Europe , Africa or US. Or NIA raids and arrest around India. Fleeing from India and joining ISIS in Afghanisthan. Cattle thieving in and around Mangalore . There was, is and will be only ONE common factor. But BJP is a communal party.

Without green signal from Gaurakshaks this planning doesnt work. Gaurakshaks sell cows without anybodays knowledge. Any gaurakshak u meet will have woodland shoes, ,Gold chain/ Bracelet, Printed shirt with 3 buttons open, fitting jeans. - This will tell u how real rakshak he is.

What happened to the bull is not explained... Bulls are ferocious and why it did not become violent?... Haiwan category inhuman fellows... Why there is no impetus on eructation in the community? They will end up as criminals at young age which is but sad...

Dont worry. Muslim countries have high rape cases as well but it doesnt get reported like in other countries. Rape is not limited to religion but definitely cattle theft , smuggling and terrorism is. You know it better
