Media Release

Mangaluru, Oct 24: 'In order to be irreplaceable one must always be original and unique' - Coco Channel

Lourdes Central School has always been a pioneer in presenting new ideas in the field of education. The first of its kind- a competition for teachers was held to bring out the creativity in teachers to help students score better in exams. Exams and tests are always thought to be a burden but not at Lourdes, the teachers are facilitators who help to bring out the best in their students.

As we believe in thorough revision of portions taught, the teachers enlighten students during revision every day with an 'Exam Tip and a Trick' on How to be successful in exams. Teaching their staff has put these points on charts to beautifully present the totality of all the tips given by them for better success in exams.

The competition was judged by Fr Vishwas Joy Misquith S J from Bejai Church, Usha Varadarajan Academic co-ordinator, content writer and book editor, Lalitha Mallya, a NEET faculty expertise and academic advisor, Rekha Shetty, former teacher of Lourdes Central School.

The principal, Fr Robert D Souza, encourages both the staff and students with his creative, imaginative and contemporary ideas.
