Udupi, Oct 22: A complaint has been filed in CEN police station against a Facebook account by name Jivan Shetty.

The complainant Avinash Shetty, resident of Shiroor, Kundapur talluk in his complaint claimed that a Facebook account with the name Jivan Shetty has used the photograph of Avinash Shetty to defame him. The complaint said Jivan shetty has edited the photograph with a photo of a women and has shared on social media with vulgar comments.

Due to the act of Jivan Shetty, Avinash claimed that he has faced insult in the society. A case has been registered under IT act article 66(C), 66(D).
