Bengaluru, Sep 15: The Central Crime Branch (CCB) police, who have been investigating the drugs menace which supposedly has links with Sandalwood celebrities, have been leaving no stone unturned in their effort to reach to the bottom of the drugs cartel.

On Tuesday September 15 morning, the CCB personnel raided the residence of Aditya Alva, son of former minister, Jeervaraj Alva and Nandini Alva.

The residence of Aditya Alva in question is located at Hebbal here. Reports said that the CCB police had obtained a search warrant from the court on Monday and conducted the raid early morning.

CCB inspector, Anjumala Nayak and Puneet led the raiding team.

A resort was being run till 2018 at the place where the residence of Aditya Alva is located. The license of the resort expired in 2018. Aditya Alva did not pay attention to the resort later and held parties every now and then there instead. It is said that Aditya Alva who is into several businesses including real estate had developed a close rapport with drugs business kingpin Viren Khanna.

CCB officials detained farmhouse manager Ramadas and also found ganja during the raid, sources said.

The police officials have seized ganja, two laptops, one computer and a CCTV DVR found in the resort.

Aditya who was holding parties together with Ravishanker in Bengaluru, was close with Sandalwood and Bollywood also. Therefore, he used to invite actors and actresses to his parties. Ravishanker and Rahul used to supply drugs in the parties. It is alleged that Ragini too used to visit those parties.

Aditya Alva is the brother of the wife of popular Bollywood actor Vivek Oberoi and the sixth accused in the Sandalwood drug scandal.

The CCB personnel have stepped their investigation and search is also on in major cities like Mumbai, New Delhi and other states for Aditya Alva.

Aditya Alva, accused in the drugs case, has not been traced in spite of the best efforts made since a week. The police are looking for him in the houses of his friends and relatives. The CCB police say that Aditya has switched off his mobile phone and gone into hiding. This is creating bottlenecks for them.

Alva has been reportedly changing his hiding place often. CCB sources say that Aditya, who had close connection with the accused, had taken part in about three parties. He has been named as an accused in a drugs case registered in Cottonpet police station here.

Alva had taken part in several parties where actress, Ragini, was also present. Immediately on getting this informaiton, the police had undertaken a search for him, which continues even now.

Modern Parents are more liberal on their modern children/youths (male & female). Not checking/keep watch on their lifestyle, habits, friends group, etc. If continue like this one day this will lead to destroying the name & fame of the entire family.
