Udupi, Aug 14: Udupi district BJP has strongly condemned the riots and violence by anti-social elements in Bengaluru as termed it as a pre-planned conspiracy which caused devastation amid the pandemic.
“Assaults on police personnel who maintain law and order, destruction of the residence of MLA and innocent citizens, setting fire to public property and vehicles is inhuman," the party maintained.
"The anti-constitution SDPI organization, which the state home minister said is behind the incidents, should be banned. The property of the accused should be confiscated and the loss should be recovered from them. Stern action should be taken against those who spoil peace in the society," urged BJP district president Kuyilady Suresh Nayak in a press release.
