Quarantine them in central jail and bring out a strict law in the society so that people will learn to live and respect others in the society. No one should be able to take law in their hands.

This is what will happen when youngsters drop out of education and the politicians use them for their political ends. There are religious organisations who want them for fighting at a drop of a pin. We have created a load of persons like this who are uneducated and unemployed and are part of the fake real estate business. A growing city like Mangalore will face these problems and we will have more of Dons who will control the city or its precincts. For these people death is only a Passover, new will come

Even in lockdown periods these things happens is not good. Goons know the police force is minimal these times. Even after the arrival of police they came back and damaging is very frustrating. Ganja effect it seems to be.
