    Hi guys
Don't take your hands on the face area without sanitising.
    Avoid eating junk foods.
Try to eat vegetables and food that contains calcium, iron, zinc, potassium and maintain your body with strong immune system
    That's all.
    No need to panic
Keep your elder people indoors always
If they don't listen then leave them alone
In the book of Job 38:1
    God spoke job from whirlwind
    Here we must understand.
God is merciful,he talks with us through his prophets lovingly, but if we don't listen to them then he has to speak through whirlwind.
This whirlwind could be nothing but Corona,Cancer, tsunami, typhoons,or anything

    @ Shashidhar
50% of what you said is right.
Every person has immunity whether they are patients of high BP or Diabetes, every person can boost their immunity by consuming nutritious food which no scientist can debunk.
Interesting point our modern medicine hardly mentions is the above conditions are reversible by change of diet & lifestyle, the reason according to one doctor in their MBBS Nutrition is the least taught subject & most ignore it as it doesn't carry big marks(correct me if I'm wrong).
Cancer too happens due to immunity failure.
About vaccines the same case, they just buy what US-CDC & WHO propagates but in internal meetings they air their concern for lack of safety & vaccine injuries ruining their (WHO & CDC)reputation etc.

I agree, regular sipping of hot water, eating a healthy diet (sprouted foods) rich in iron, zinc, Indian spices, getting sunshine 🌞 vitD spruces up the immune system; along with regular cleaning of hands could definitely keep the virus at bay!

Social distancing is not a possibility in a densely populated & poor country like India!

Just see the picture of 700 migrants collected at Mangalore railway station, & then comment (it's going for a toss) on social distancing...this is the ground reality in most places; migrants desperately waiting to run to their native places!!

Economy is in complete shambles; now even middle class migrants having decent job, accommodation, etc have lost jobs and are forced to beg; majority are trying their best to somehow reach their native places before the monsoon sets in, not bothered about dying by CORONA rather than starvation & other infectious diseases!
Further extension of lockdown will take back our country to independence time era!!
Generalized lockdown emulating rich countries just doesn't work for poor & highly populated countries like India! This lesson we should have learned by now!

In a place which is known for affection, warm hugs, soft peck on cheeks, hand shakes, pat on the back, squeezing shoulders, and all that stuff ...it is very difficult to practice Social Distancing ....
The principle here was ' binding one another ' not ' distancing '.
Other places like Kerala they could flatten the Covid....be cause ...
No emotion ...No affection there ...Only Compulsion.( Did they really flatten ?)
    My analysis OK ?

    Hi everyone
It's my request to every one keep the currency notes under hot sunlight or iron box on it.
Gargle with warm salt water once you go out.
There are some research shows that Vit D can be a major role in prevention of this Corona so egg yolks, mushroom, green gram can include in your diet.

Keep the purachsed items under sunlight at least for 30 minutes.

Always use alcohol based hand rub.

Mr Guru, corona lives in hot and humid climate so there's no point in keeping the vegetables in sunlight this is a proven fact(check Daijiworld yesterdays news), gargling salt water etc won't do anything and we can increase vitamin d in diet but that does not mean that you are free of covid or covid won't get on you

    1. Our body temperature is 37C. So if surrounding heat were to kill corona, it wouldn't thrive in our body. 2. Gargling is useless because covid is not a throat infection. It infects the lungs. 3.All the immunity boosters that you mentioned have been debunked. Misleading people into taking home remedies will make the one's who are infected to not get themselves tested.

Bro, simple question; if people had no immunity, how is it that nearly 85% keep CORONA away only with some mild symptoms?
Secondly, if you had no immunity left in your body, a multitude of infections are just waiting ready to catch you & take you.. ..
Our allopathic system never considers immunity & play of "micronutrients" in the overall health , because they are never taught about that; that's why it's not a holistic science??

FYI, CORONA virus gains entry through the mucous membranes of the eyes, nose,& mouth & then travels to the lungs! Moreover, it is now known to attack multiple organs of the body, even causing strokes & heart attacks!

A substantial part of that 85 pc is people with no underlying conditions. For a person with diabetes, cancer etc. the thought of boosting immunity is pointless. Moreover majority of the people are recovering regardless of whether they are eating those foods.

Shashidar, it's simple logic that a person having serious comorbid diseases like cancer is already highly immunosupressed so he can at the best take good precautions & leave the rest to his fate!

Hope the DK administration is taking steps to identify all the patients and visitors to this hospital for effective quarantine and control. They can always adopt the best practices of Udupi for managing the epidemic.

So far cases have been found in bantwal and boloor because the authorities are under the assumption that only these two zones have cases. Hence they're testing people from only these places. Random testing must be done for other localities as well. Cases might be lurking in other areas. I say this because until first neuro hospital cases came to light, everyone were that DK defeated covid.

Don't you think all 3 deaths reported connected with single source or different?
If they are connected then first neuro hospital source is bantwal only.

Testing random is like wasting resources unless there is some symptoms. Suspect etc..

Real suspected case should get priority instead of testing some healthy person

@sri_elder: Since there is source from bantwal ( suspected source has tested negative ) the source of virus is First Neuro hospital/ their patient/ or their other visitors.

Even with a steady trickle of new cases in DK, there is no need to panic about community transmission.

The average age of our population is on the younger side, so there is a chance of a lot of undetected asymptomatic cases in circulation. But most of us live in multi generational households. So almost 50 days into the lockdown one would expect our hospitals to have cases of elderly family members with covid like symptoms. But that is not in the case in DK.

That being said, it is best to venture out with the assumption that anyone we encounter is asymptomatic. Social distancing is hard here, so have a small hand sanitizer at hand if outdoors for long. If its a short run for groceries, come back and wash with soap thoroughly.

    Stay safe.

We have to learn how to LIVE with COVID-19 as it's going to be there for some more time. We can't be in lock-down mode for too long as there are serious economical implications .

Containment policy if strictly followed would definitely help us to fight covid-19 more effectively.
