Bengaluru, Mar 28: One of the passenger who travelled by KSRTC bus from Bengaluru to Mangaluru on March 21 has turned positive for coronavirus infection.

The said passenger travelled from Majestic bus stand of capital to Mangaluru by KSRTC bus at 4.30 pm on March 21. The registration number of the bus is KA 19 F 3329. All passengers who travelled by this bus are requested by KSRTC to go to the nearest district hospital and get themselves checked for coronavirus infection. This appeal was made by the corporation on its Twitter account.

In addition, a 65-year-old man of Uttara Kannada district had arrived to Mumbai from Dubai on March 17 and travelled to Bhatkal in the S3 coach of Mangaluru express to Bhatkal on March 18. The state government has appealed to all people who have travelled by the same coach and train on the mentioned date are requested to call toll free number 104, 080-4684600 or 080-66692000.
