Kerala High Court declines to ban dismissed nun's autobiography

Kochi, Dec 4 (IANS): The Kerala High Court on Wednesday declined to ban the dismissed nun, Sister Lucy Kalapurakkal's autobiography titled "Karthavinte Namethil (In the name of Christ)".

The high court, which heard the petition filed by Sister Lisiya Joseph seeking a ban on the book, said if the petitioner has any complaints about the contents, she can approach the appropriate authority.

Sister Lucy, who belonged to the Franciscan Clarist Congregation (FCC), was in August dismissed from the order for disobeying church authorities, as she had supported the nuns' strike in the state last year, demanding the arrest of rape-accused Bishop Franco Mulakkal, who headed the Roman Catholic Diocese in Jalandhar.

Mulakkal was later arrested and is now out on bail and the trial in the case is all set to start.

Since then, Sister Lucy has been speaking out against the church authorities and in her book, she speaks about the sexual abuse and harassment that nuns silently undergo.

The book, which is published by DC Books, is to be officially released on next Tuesday and hence the petitioner wanted the court to ban the book as it shows the nuns, Church and the laity in poor light.

Veteran seven time legislator P.C. George, however, slammed the former nun for her book, and asked her why she had not complained when the incidents took place.

There is kannada saying "Devastandalli devaru illa antha gotthirod Pujari ge maathra". Many priests misuse their power for money. I am not saying all, there are a few dedicated poor priests who remain poor till their life and serve God.

Jesus on preach these lies often enough, that people will believe it.

    Message to John Leary.

    Wednesday, March 20, 2019:
Jesus said: “My people, in today’s Gospel two apostles wanted to be on My right and on My left when I enter My Kingdom. I told them this was chosen by My heavenly Father. If someone wants to be first, they must be the servant of all. In this earthly life there are others who are striving to control the world. This all starts with Satan as he controls atheists as Karl Marx to take over the world with socialist communism. Look at Russia and China as they preach atheism, but many of these communist countries would not exist unless very wealthy people supported it. I first pointed you to the ‘Agenda’ movie of Curtis Bowers that exposed the plot of a communist takeover by 50 plans to take control of your schools & colleges, your media, destruction of your morals, the use of sex and drugs, destruction of the family, and religion. Many of their goals have been accomplished. Now, you have a new socialist movement by the Justice Democrats, who are trying to take over your government using ‘puppet’ Congress people supported by experts and wealthy Democrats. Their goal is the same to turn America into a socialist communist government as Russia. They are using expert campaigners to take over primaries to win seats in your government. Behind these same lies is Satan and those preaching atheism. This is a new smoke screen disguised to trick the people into favoring socialist ideas. The worst tactic is if they continue preaching these lies often enough, that people will believe it. This is why the liberal left continues to keep spreading the same lies every day. Refuse to accept this Godless philosophy of socialist communism, or your country will be another Russia or China.”

Jesus on why to pray for the clergy.

    Message to John Leary.

    Wednesday, July 17, 2019:

God the Father said: “I AM WHO AM is telling you how I saw the Hebrews suffering from the slavery of the Egyptians. This is why I appointed Moses as the ‘deliverer’ of My people. Another king took over after Joseph’s help with the food, and the Pharaoh put the Hebrews into slave labor to build his supply cities. Just as I appointed Moses, so now I am appointing many prophets to prepare the people for the coming Warning and tribulation. The people of this world are being led astray by the devil, and they are turning evil in their lifestyles. I am preparing My faithful to be separated into My refuges, so I can bring My punishment down upon the idolaters of sex and greed. Trust that I will protect My faithful.”

Jesus said: “My people, without Me, you are nothing. My Body and Blood feeds you your spiritual sustenance, and only those people who eat My Body and drink My Blood will have eternal life. This is why the devil is trying to get rid of My Eucharist in the Host because he is weak to My power. This is why the devil attacks the priests, the hierarchy, and My Church people. He wants to do away with the Mass because My consecrated Hosts are his number one target. This is why you need to pray for your priests, bishops, and cardinals to remain faithful to Me. Pray that the Mass is not changed, since it should not be a one world religion. When you see a division in My Church, you are to remain with My faithful remnant, and do not accept the coming schismatic church. At My refuges you will have My true Mass, and My angels will bring you daily Holy Communion. Treasure My Adoration hours as your grace and strength that will help you to remain faithful to My love. I love all of you, and I will be with you to the end of time in My Eucharist.”

Jesus on judging others and religious.

    Message to John Leary.

    Sunday, September 2, 2018:
    ...
Jesus said: “My people, in the Gospel I spoke of all the filthy sins that come out of your hearts as sinners. Many people are quick to judge others’ bad actions, but they quickly forget their own sins. I am the only One to judge all sinners, so avoid judging others. Recently, you have been seeing some clergy accused of abusing young children, and some of these events happened years ago. It has been a bad example that many of these cases were hidden from the public, and possible prosecution. Since all of you are sinners, you all need to pray for sinners and especially for your priests who are being criticized. So instead of judging or criticizing others, you all need to practice what you preach without being hypocrites. Given good example to everyone, because your actions are seen by people on earth, and all of us in heaven.”

    Points to ponder:
    1. Do not side with the Perpetrator to maintain your worldly name or reputation. Jesus never sided with traditions at the cost of truth. Abuse is abuse. Let the law take it course.

    2. When truth and transparency becomes your value, God is on your side. Take these man made laws of obedience and speaking against authority laws need not apply for whistle blowers. Remember these are followers of Christ.
    3. Remember this Nun is a follower of Christ. If you target her freedom of expression - where is your standing???
    4. It is high time that the regulations in the congregations need urgent updating. Any regulation should not take precedent over the human rights and freedom of expression.
    5. Weather its a priests suicide or any issue - let the law take its own course. Any person is not perfect and will have flaws. Church reputation does not diminish because of the Lucifers( fallen angels) rather siding with lucifer is going against God and on everything the church stands for !!!!

God The Father on how one will be judged including clergy and judges.

    Message to Maureen.

    May 9, 2019
    Public

Once again, I (Maureen) see a Great Flame that I have come to know as the Heart of God the Father. He says: "Children, live your lives in Holy Love as a means of avoiding Purgatory or shortening your stay there. In Purgatory you suffer alone except for the presence of your guardian angel. The closer you are to your angel in the world, the closer he will be to you in Purgatory."

"To experience even the highest level of Purgatory is to feel abandoned and without Me. This is why you must pray for the poor suffering souls who have no means of helping themselves. Do not think that an honored position in the world exonerates the soul from Purgatory. There are many Bishop's mitres floating amidst the flames there - many judges gavels, as well. Remember, you will be judged on what is in your hearts as you draw your last breath. I speak to you as a means of fostering Holy Love in your hearts."

"Surrender to Me all that is meaningless - how others regard you - that is a big opening to lies, devotion to worldly allurements and selfish orientation. Center your lives on Heaven and on spending all eternity with Me. I am loving you and calling you into Heaven."

It's a very good thing that people share their personal experiences in the public domain so that others get aware of what's going on and relate to themselves (their experiences)!!
"Embrace the importance of now, and refuse to allow the lull of comfort, fear, familiarity, and ego to prevent you from taking action on your ambitions…The cost of inaction is vast. Don’t go to your grave with your best work inside of you. Choose to die empty.”~Todd Henry ~

I would urge all to read the book "Die Empty" by Todd Henry!!

By exposing the truth, awareness increased, the poison will slowly get purged out of the system!!

Shankar, what i am talking about is the System. There is no system in Madrasa that gives any chance of harassment towards a female student/ teacher. Male teachers are not allowed to teach grown up female students. Also, there is no system that allows seclusion of a female student with the male teacher; even in the case of small children coming for Madrasa.
And if there is an incident of rape from a Madrasa teacher, then that is because of that individual teacher's evil thoughts and because of not following Madrasa System.
    Understood ?

in your above comment it seems that your entire system is trying to hide the incidents. as far as my opinion, in every religion there are some plus or minus. at the present world we could not see your system which helped others. rather than system our heart should be very clear & humanity is the god.

    @Mediwn,
It's just loose talk to say that Humanity is God. So what is the punishment given in the so called religion of Humanity for the rapists/ gang rapists and murderers of small children (even new born)?.Is the punishment prescribed for these kind of rapists in the religion of Humanity?.
Humanity is the part of religion. But religion is more than the humanity. It's a way of life. Its guidance for the life.

    @ Mediwn,
Where was the religion of Humanity when widows were not allowed to remarry. Where was the religion of Humanity where women had no property rights. Our system had given all those rights and more than that before you could even imagine. And you are saying that our system did not help others. One cannot see when the eyes are Wide Shut and not wide open.
