Mangaluru, Nov 16: St Aloysius College Higher Primary School celebrated Children’s Day on November 14 in the school hall.
The chief guests of the day were Eshan, SPL, Dalmia, ASPL, along with the other dignitaries, Fr Gerald Furtado, correspondent, Philomena Lewis, headmistress, Arvind Rao, vice president of the PTA.
The programme began by invoking God’s blessings through a prayer song.
Shobha Pinto welcomed the gathering.
The significance of day was briefed by Anandi Dsouza followed by the cultural programme.
‘Al – Tellite 2018-19’, school magazine, was released by correspondent during the event.
The winners of the various competitions were felicitated.
Correspondent Fr. Gerald Furtado, appreciated the staff and PTA members for their active participation in making the programme a successful one.
The programme was anchored by Celestine Vaz.
