Chikkamagaluru district hospital turns into liquor shop

Daijiworld Media Network - Chikkamagaluru (MS)

Chikkamagaluru, Sep 20: The patients, who approach the district hospital of Chikkamagaluru, are not getting proper treatment and medical facilities. Over and above, they have to deal with drunkards. In a way, the district hospital of Chikkamagaluru has been turned into a liquor shop.

This is difficult to believe, but true. The district hospital of Chikkamagaluru is not maintained properly, which has resulted in the hospital turning into a liquor joint for drunkards. Bottles and sachets of liquor can be seen strewn over the premises and toilets of the hospital. The facility stinks of liquor as the drunkards are consuming it everywhere in the hospital and the premises.

In addition, the drunkards have kept the empty bottles and sachets on the wall of the hospital. Strangely, the hospital authorities have turned a blind eye to these happenings. No action is being taken. The patients who come to the hospital for treatment have to bear the brunt of the smell of liquor. If the patient goes to the toilet, he or she is bound to vomit due to the unbearable stench of alcohol.

Some patients, who were upset by the condition of the hospital, have made a video and posted the same on social media. At least now the concerned officials and health minister have to turn their attention towards the irregularities of this hospital and keep the drunkards away from the premises and allow the patients to get proper medical treatment.

The staff must be thinking about only their salary. As far as they get paid, who cares about the situation at the hospital. Refer the patients to the private facilities and take a peg and enjoy. Cheers.

Please don't blame BJP for this. Even Congress and JDS was in power before BJP. This must be brought to the notice of U.T. Khader. Even he's no more in power he'll surely fix it.

You will prove a very potential advisor to the nation's PM. Enlighten him, Congress ruled for ten years, before that there was a different govt. In the milee he has forgotten ABV's ruling altogether and has been ascribing all years since 1947 to Congress while his supporters clapped in agreement .
