Modi asks people to share ideas for 'Howdy' speech

New Delhi, Sep 17 (IANS): Ahead of his 'Howdy Modi' appearance in Houston, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Monday asked people to share their ideas for his address there on September 22.

"There is great enthusiasm towards the #HowdyModi programme in Houston on 22nd. For my speech that day, I want to hear from you.

"Share your ideas for my address. I would refer to some of them during my remarks. Express your thoughts on the special Open Forum on the NaMo App," Modi said in a tweet.

US President Donald Trump will make an unprecedented appearance with Prime Minister Modi at the "Howdy Modi" rally in Houston on Sunday, the White House has announced.

According to the Texas India Forum, which is organising the rally, 60 lawmakers are expected at the event for which 50,000 people have registered.

It is also an outreach ahead of next year's election by Trump to the Indian American community that leans towards the Democratic Party.

    Are you also keeping in mind the two recessions that hit the world during that period and economies of all countries nose-dived ? Despite that India maintained 5.2 % GDP ?

    Whereas, the recession is not yet showing but Modi's economy is stooping down ? No, gentleman, MMS did nothing, all is done by the Italian. In comparison to her administration, the 100% govt formed Indians is in start-up mode since six years.

    What do you say ? Isn't the high-school educated foreigner more efficient than our political science masters degree holders, law-graduates, economists ??? That is, if MMS was a puppet as you guys say - kyaa kehnaa hai ??
