Puttur: Gang rape of college student - Bail applications rejected

Puttur, Sep 14: The fifth additional district and sessions court judge has rejected the bail applications moved by five persons who have been accused of gang-raping a student of a private college in the city. 

The bail applications were filed by second year degree course students of a private college here, Gurunandan from Ganadamoole, Prajwal from Perne, Kishen from Kadambu, Sunil from Aryapu Piligunda, and Prakhyath from Barimaru Balya. 

Judge of the court, Rudolf Pereira, who heard the bail applications, rejected the applications. 

The prosecution was represented by public prosecutor, Krishnaveni.

    Damage the private parts of all these 5 rapist so that they will be unfit sexually. They will not look at any girls thereafter. Here the general public should cooperate with the girl's parents in this new action rather than police action.

    This is not Canada baba. Here any girl will think 10 times before she goes out with 5 boys on her own free will. She must have been hoodwinked by a false promise by these boys to go out with them.

    This is not Canada... but things are chaniging here... to be fair .. it was with concent of girl that such act was carried on... she was not drugged or drunk... that was proved... then why dint she oppose for such an act.. why she was fully involved .... yes these young boys should be punished as thier behaviour is really worst... but when talking about fault... its not only boys even that girl was involved... after the vedio became viral she and her parents inorder to save themselves gave a complaint.... here few people are thinking interms of religion... but be frank... do you thing such an act with full consent can be named as rape.... no.... its actually a group of people who are not bothered about their family or not cared about thier future ... who are too much pampered in young age and who think only pleasure is life.... in this case both girl and boys should be punished.... boys should really be punished for spreading such vedios or taking such vedios...

    Even though it was consensual what was the need to take video ? To blackmail if she does not come whenever they call next time ? Do not get deceived by innocent looks, most of the cheating / fraud is taken place just because people trusted their innocence and sweet talks.

    I They will get bail soon, they should live decent life, but the strong message should go to all younger generations. There are many young girls still suffer due to this black mail business and some already committed suicide.

    Neither boys are innocent not the girl is innocent... it was with consent of girl that they played this dirty game.. but these boys should also be punished not for rape ,... but for filming the scene.... those who support the girl.. .i think should be either blind or blindly believe that event if there is girls mistake it should be covered.... the girl was not drunk or drugged.. why did she go with the guy in the car.. and that too she has did not oppose for such an act... so how can any one say that its only boys mistake.. these boys are waste bodys and are burden to earth... good they did not get bail ... also i strongly believe that in such cases even girls do not have the right to complaint.... what kind of behavior nowadays girls and boys have ...the truth is they neither care for family or not scared about anyone... too much of pampering in young age is the reason for such acts....
