Thiruvananthapuram: Toddler falling from moving jeep - Parents face case

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 11: A case under Juvenile Justice Care and Protection (childcare and protection) Act against the parents of the child that had fallen from a moving jeep.

The incident had took place in the thick forests of Munnar region in Idukki district. The parents have been booked under section 75 of the act, and investigation is in progress.

At the same time, Kerala State Child Rights Protection Commission has also registered a case.

In the meantime, there have been allegations that the female child was purposefully tossed out of the vehicle, but the parents, reacting to mediapersons who contacted them, dismissed this notion.

    The injuries ought to have been more grievous for the child falling from a moving jeep. Even the child crawling after a fall is something difficult to believe. Something suspicious that needs a thorough probe to protect the child's right.

    IT IS RIGHT ACTION BY THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES.OTHERWISE SOME PARENTS WILL PUT THEIRS CHILDREN DOWN FROM THE VEHICLES AND GET PUBLICITY.EVERY ONE SHOULD GET CARE ABOUT PASSENGERS ON DRIVING.

    i suspect that this child was purposely thrown out of the vehicle. Any insane mom would never let her child drop out of the vehicle without any sufficient cause.
    Stringent punishment should be given to the couple and others in the jeep.
    Human beings are important than cows.

    Whether its is Cow theft , robbery, infanticide, foeticide, homicide etc. they are crimes and will ever remain crime. And crimes shall not have any justification on religious grounds.

    in case if Modi brings law to Punish u will tell why this why that...

    by the way even SANE mother also never through her kids out....

    i like to say even if it happens by mistake she should be punished, so that next time onwards as well others will take care of their kids at least.... they will not carry their kids like "COW"
