Udupi: Preeti Gehlot takes over as zilla panchayat chief executive officer

Udupi, Sep 8: Preeti Gehlot took over charge as the new chief executive officer of the zilla panchayat here on Saturday September 7. She was hitherto working as sub divisional officer at Kumta in Uttara Kannada district. 

Preeti's home state happens to be Rajasthan. She belongs to the 2016 IAS officers’ batch. She had undergone probationary training at Tumakuru.

 

 

She has come in the place of Sindhu B Rupesh, who was transferred as the deputy commissioner of Dakshina Kannada district in the vacancy created by the resignation of Sasikanth Senthil.

    Hope she will do her best in improving the administration and stand up against those crooks who are trying their best to destabilize the pillars of indian constitution.
