Mangaluru: History created with double trophy win by Vikaas PU College

Mangaluru, Aug 20: Vikaas P U College Boys’ and Girls’ teams won the first place and created history by defeating the strongest Alvas P U College teams, Moodbidri in 73rd Independence Day Kabaddi Tournament organized by Sports Promoters Club (R) in cooperation with International Bunts Welfare Trust D K District and Mangaluru taluk Amateur Kabaddi Association on August 18 at Nehru Maidan.

The boys’ team of Vikaas PU College won over Alvas Boys team by 34-28 and the Girls’ team defeated Alvas Girls team by 37-16.

The management, principals, staff members and students of Vikaas Group of Institutions, Mangaluru, has congratulated the winners.
