If the driver is drunk he must be booked under attempt murder and if victims die directly Sec 302.

every vehicle is possible death machine on road. only a person with sane mind and lots of responsibility must be allowed to drive.

Yet lawmakers and a bunch hypocrites of this country aren't in favor of banning alcohol !! despite knowing its repercussions. Even media, NGO is turning blind eyes. But they do have collective problems with hijab, azaan, TT, so called love jihad, slaughtering beef, offering namaz on road that too once in a week.....Mera Bharath Mahan.

Ban vehicles because they cause accidents. Who are you to say alcohol must be banned? Do all accidents take place because of alcohol? One must drink responsibly. Banning is not the solution.
