Just for the sake of publicity don't publish the news in news paper.Once the culprits are arrested and proved that they are the real culprits, shoot them instantly rather than undergoing series of trials by spending tax payers money like in Gulf and other foreign countries. They don't have the right to live on this earth.Don't show any sympathy that they are youngsters. If it is done, people will have a fear and will not indulge in such activities in the future. Now what happens is,they will be arrested, put in jail, kept it for sometime there and referred to judicial custody. There they their own time to deliver the verdict and meantime culprits are given conditional or unconditional bail and let them Scot free after few days.Once they are freed, they become the king, remain silent for few days and start their old business without any fear. Our judicial system should be sharpened, then only people will realize the law of the country.

These cases to be dealt with very strict manner rather play KALLA and POLICE drama ! put them behind the bar without trail and use them for the ROAD CONSTRUCTION work or at-least send them boarder to help ! Keeping the cell and free food providing on tax payers doesn't work. The police and court should be accountable for the expenses if the crime is repeated and getting bail
