Mangaluru: Serial killer Cyanide Kumar awarded life imprisonment

Mangaluru, Jul 19: Relating to the murder of a girl from Paivalike in Kasargod district, the district sixth additional district and sessions court awarded jail term to serious killer, Cyanide Mohan, for his entire remaining life term.

Judge of the court, Syedunnisa, who had announced that Mohan was guilty of the murder on July 12, had reserved arguments over quantum of sentence to July 18. Mohan has got life term imprisonment for murdering the woman and different terms for other offences including poisoning her. He has been fined Rs 10,000.

Twenty murder cases were filed against Mohan. He was given life term sentence in ten cases, while five cases were dismissed. Five more cases are pending hearing. The judge said that the parents of the lady are eligible to claim compensation through the district legal services authority.

Public prosecutor Judit O M Crasta had appeared in this case on behalf of the prosecution.

    What kind of law we can't understand.........!!!!! Killed how many innocent women's....awarded imprisonment why??? ಅವನ ಚಂದ ನೋಡಿಲಿಕ್ಕಾ ಜೈಲಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಯಿಸುವುದು?? How many innocent people spend life in jail due to lac of time, but for him many times anounced imprisonment........

    Why this waste of time. there are many innocents who are waiting for justice but still in jail due to lac of time in court. This guy is done and gone.... just execute him in cruelest manner and make a example.

    After 20 Murderers .... and he is still alive and only serving life in prion ...... do this mental deserve to live... deserve even to breath .... he should be starved till death, why our government is spending so much money and time on this criminals
