Udupi: Cattle theft and illegal transportation are anti religious – Qazi Bekal

Daijiworld Media Network - Udupi (SP)

Udupi, Jun 9: Udupi district Samyykta Jamaat Qazi, Al Haj P M Ibrahim Musliyar Bekal, declared that Islam religion does not approve of illegal things and thefts. Therefore, he said that stealing of any kind of animals, illegally transporting them, and killing them are all anti-religious activities.

"People who follow Hindu religion treat cows with reverence. At the same time, people of another religion consume it as food. In such a tricky situation, people have to own responsibility and behave with respect to ensure that the sentiments of people following other faiths are not hurt," he advised.

The Qazi said that when transporting animals one should make sure that they do not suffer torture. He also opposed killing of cows and calves which are stolen, and expressed himself against feeding the flesh of such animals to others. In a statement, he clarified that Islam has taught only to consume flesh that is got through the system of Halal.

One can not force their religious beliefs on others. If Hindus protest beef eating by Muslims , then Muslims will curb their pork eating and alcohol consumption in gulf countries and others may also take same retaliatory measures . This way we will end up no where . Let people live with freedom and eat with freedom. Cow basically is giving political mileage to BJP , rest you know more Hindus than Muslims and Christians eat beef .
By the way these qazis are responsible for more mess in society like pejavar swami . They always tinker with issues to provoke peaceful public.

Animals come to know when they are being taken to cut or slaughter, and that time out of fear or with the intention of saving their life, they cry and release certain juices which spreads to their body... When human beings consume it, it gathers in humans body that poison little by little and fall into sickness. .. Other day six cows were transported in a dead condition... Definitely they will not fit inside if they are alive.. They were killed and just pushed inside. Car got accident and public gathered... those thieves would have sold the meat of poor cows who died a painful death few hours ago... Think upon it and keep away from falling into sickness... After all these thieves want money not the health of the people.. These cows are someone's property.. Owners surely curse the thieves and shed tears upon loosing their beloved animals.. 😢

Theft is haraam in any form. And people know that most of the beef traders steal the cows and in human transportation. So better to stop eating beef . Stealing and stolen food consuming also haraam.
When beef matter arises only Muslims are targeted and rest of them eat and enjoy!

This is a very positive message from the Muslim community head of Udupi district Samyykta Jamaat Qazi, Al Haj P M Ibrahim Musliyar Bekal. I appreciate his personal efforts when the nation is reporting the indicrminate lynching in the name of cow smuggling.
But I also request responsible media to make awareness by publishing the law on how to transport the cow's legally and what are the criteria required to do so.

It is also now the responsibility of the religious leaders of the Hindu community who frequently ask for a ban on consumption of cow meat to speak about the total ban on 'beef exports' against religious sentiments of the majority.

Whatever he said is commonsense and stealing anything has to be dealt accordingly. It is shame to any religion if it is done using the name of religion for stealing and cruelty to animals. There should be some easy other ways for the availability of beef as India is a leading exporters of beef and Hindu business men also involved. There is nothing wrong if it is made available to countrymen to those who eat it as beef exported to other countries but only thing is stealing cows cruelty to them killing them in not allowed areas and hurting the sentiments of Hindus in the name of cow should be avoided.

In Islam, the animal should not be killed in a way that is tortured. But the cowardice who steal this cow sells those dead cows in a single vehicle. It is against the society against Islam, and such a kind of act can lead to unrest in society. Such wicked people are sinners The police have to be punished under the law and must take action in this regard ...
y and such a society is auctioned by the whole community

Brother, Illegal transportation means - when you transport cow utmost care to be taken and no cow should be hurt.
By default theft cows cannot be legal or Halal.
Be positive, do not try to find mistakes in everything and anything.

why you are instigating matter unnecessarily? Where the qazi says that he supports illegal transporation?
You people do not allow others to take any pro-active action and when the stealing continues just cry that cows are stolen.

    We respect your advise sir,

But what to do? some jobless and lazy guys wants to involve themselves in these kind of anti religious deeds, time to debar them from society is the better solution,It should apply all religious sects.
But elected govt's should look into sale of beef items in the licensed stall only.

I agree with Mr. Kazi, meanwhile i request central Govt to provide us Halal Beef meat in all super markets as they are exporting it to different Arabic countries. this will increase revenue and will avoid lynching and illegal transportation.

    Really a good suggestion.
It may reduce much more cow stealing and illegal slaughter house.
Even after implementation of these permitted beef stals if any one arrested in illigal cow transportation then community need to expels such people from our community.

Chatty shetty mangalore ,these money minded people have no religion,no pity, and no heart either to animals or humans. The one who really follows religion,Godfear, doesnt do any theft and carry unhumanful any animals. In the first place theft is against law, animals belong to someone else.It has nothing to do with any religion. All religions condemn it.At the end who stole the cows last time ,were dead and it didnt bring to anyone any profit.only loosers.I condemn it.
