TKK extends humanitarian aid to unemployed youths stranded in Kuwait

Media Release

Kuwait, May 26: Tulu Koota Kuwait (TKK), known for his welfare activities through its various welfare projects, reached out and helped a group of youths in Kuwait.

These youths basically from Mangaluru came to Kuwait through job agency named Manikya Associates in Mangaluru. But their dream of getting into a job and helping their poor families, became a distant dream due to non-payment of salaries for the past 6 months.

Tulu Koota Kuwait president Ramesh S Bhandary, who came to know their helpless situation, immediately took action and contacted relevant persons in Kuwait as well as in India and gave immediate attention to their request. After assessing their actual situation, Ramesh and committee members of Tulu Koota Kuwait visited their camp and handed over basic items for their living until their current situation is handled by Indian authorities.

The entire stranded group expressed their gratitude and thanked Tulu Koota Kuwait for their humanitarian aid. Presidents of GSB Kuwait, IDF Kuwait have also promised that they would also extend their full support for this noble work.
