Mangaluru: St Joseph Engineering College signs MoU with KGTTI

Mangaluru, Feb 27: Karnataka German Technical Training Institute (KGTTI) and the St Joseph Engineering College (SJEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, February 25.

The MoU was signed in the presence of Giridhar Salian, director, KGTTI Mangaluru, Fr Wilfred P D’Souza, director, St Joseph Engineering College, Vamanjoor, Dr Rio D’Souza G L, principal (SJEC), assistant director Fr Rohit D’Costa (SJEC), Amar Saxena, GIZ Expert (KGTTI) and Dr Sudheer M, professor and head department of Mechanical Engineering (SJEC).

The two organizations expressed their intention to cooperate within the scope of their mandates and sphere of competences to work with youth, and for youth, towards skills development of engineering students. The MoU is made for imparting skill development training under different training programs organized by KGTTI with SJEC for their students and staff.

According to MoU, the overall objective of the KGTTI is to provide skill development, advanced technology hands-on-training and to enhance employment opportunities of engineering students.
