Udupi, Jan 10: ICARE Builders and Developers have reached another milestone in the industry with its landmark project Cecilia Palace in Shirva. The foundation stone for the project was laid on January 9. A prestigious town in the city of Udupi has emerged as cosmopolitan town. Shirva has a number of well known educational institutions.
Cecilia Palace a commercial cum residential project will be developed by ICARE promoters and co-promoters. Cecilia Palace built in the name Late Cecilia Menezes who had a dream of developing the land into dream home.
Managing Partner of ICARE Ashwin Pereira welcomed the gathering. Parish priest of Shirva Fr Denzil D’Sa blessed the land.
Maria Lobo, Edwin Lobo, Vincent and Thereza Pereira laid the foundation stone for Cecilia Palace.
Speaking at the occasion, AICC member Amrith Sheony elaborated necessity of town development and appreciated ICARE team for their venture in Shirva.
