Beltangady, Nov 18: BJP’s Beltangady MLA Harish Poonja has tweeted to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to start a cancer research institute in the name of late union minister Ananth Kumar.

Union minister of chemicals and fertilizers H N Ananth Kumar died after battling lung cancer on November 12.
