Bengaluru: High court extends its order against arresting Sarja

Bengaluru, Nov 15: The state high court (HC), which had earlier issued order not to arrest veteran actor, Arjun Sarja, in connection with the sexual harassment complaint filed by actress, Shruti Hariharan, extended this order on Wednesday November 14.

The application filed by Arjun Sarja seeking to quash first information report filed by the police against him in the said case came up for bearing before the single judge bench of the high court presided over by Justice P S Dinesh Kumar, on Wednesday November 14.

The government advocate said that additional advocate general, A S Ponnanna, was to present his arguments in the case. He told the court that Ponnanna was currently busy in another court.
