Mangaluru, May 10: 'Nanda Deep', the new residential apartment project by Nirmaan Homes was launched with bhoomi puja at the project site near Urwa Marigudi Temple here on Wednesday May 10.

In his inaugural speech, Krishna J Palemar said, "In India 60% of the people still do not have their own houses. The governments are putting in a lot of efforts to solve this issue. State and central government have already introduced various schemes to enable the poor to own houses. Builders too have a responsibility to help them. If builders construct homes under the guidelines of government schemes they will get more benefits and reduction in taxes from the government. At the same time, builders should ensure that the building does not harming nature. They should plant trees in the surroundings of the buildings. This will attract more customers and thereby help their business."

Congratulating the builder, lawyer Gopal Maniyani said, "Builders should construct buildings as per plans without delay and should provide facilities as promised at the time of the deal to customers."

Walter Nandalike said, "A builder who launches projects amid tough market conditions is bound to succeed. It shows his business acumen and experience. Nirmaan Homes is the best example for this."
